1. Who We Are
Maxline Studios ("we", "us", "our") is a creative and digital production agency providing video editing, motion design, color grading, and related creative services to clients worldwide. We operate as a remote, internationally-facing studio and this policy explains how we collect, use, and protect information when you visit our website or work with us.
2. Information We Collect
When you submit a form, book a call, or contact us, we may collect: your name, email address, project details, budget range, preferred delivery timeframe, and any files or links you choose to share with us. We do not collect payment card details directly — payments are processed through third-party platforms with their own security standards.
3. How We Use Your Information
We use the information you provide to respond to inquiries, prepare quotes, deliver contracted services, communicate about active projects, and improve our offerings. We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties for marketing purposes.
4. Third-Party Services
Our website uses trusted third-party services to operate, including form processing (FormSubmit), scheduling (Calendly), and file hosting/preview (Google Drive) for delivering project previews. These providers process limited data strictly to perform their function and maintain their own privacy and security practices.
5. Data Retention
Project-related files and communications are retained only as long as necessary to complete your project and provide reasonable post-delivery support, typically no longer than 30 days after final delivery unless a longer archive period is agreed upon.
6. Cookies & Analytics
This website may use minimal, privacy-respecting analytics to understand aggregate traffic patterns (such as page views). No personally identifiable information is collected through analytics, and no data is used for cross-site advertising or tracking.
7. Your Rights
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data. To exercise these rights, contact us at maxlinestudios@gmail.com and we will respond within a reasonable timeframe.
8. International Data
As we serve clients globally, information may be processed and stored using cloud infrastructure located in different countries. We take reasonable steps to ensure any such processing maintains an appropriate standard of protection consistent with recognized international data protection principles (including principles reflected in frameworks such as the GDPR and CCPA, where applicable).
9. Security
We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information shared with us, including secure file-sharing links and access-limited storage. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
10. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By engaging Maxline Studios for any service — video editing, SaaS animation, color grading, web development, or design — you agree to the terms outlined here. If you do not agree, please do not proceed with booking or ordering services.
2. Services & Scope
Services are quoted based on the project details you provide. Any scope not explicitly agreed upon in the initial quote (additional revisions, extended length, added deliverables) may incur additional charges, which will always be communicated and agreed upon before work begins.
3. Quotes & Pricing
All pricing is custom and provided after reviewing your project brief. Quotes are typically valid for 14 days unless otherwise stated. Prices are quoted in USD unless otherwise agreed.
4. Payment Terms
A deposit may be required before work begins on larger projects, with the remaining balance due upon final delivery. For ongoing monthly packages, payment is due at the start of each billing cycle. Late payments may pause active work until resolved.
5. Revisions
Each package includes a defined number of revision rounds (typically 2), covering reasonable creative adjustments within the original brief. Revisions requesting a substantially different direction from the original brief may be treated as a new project scope.
6. Delivery Timelines
Standard delivery is 3–7 business days from receipt of all necessary materials, unless a rush timeline is agreed upon. Delays caused by late feedback, missing assets, or incomplete briefs may extend the delivery date accordingly.
7. Intellectual Property & Ownership
Upon full payment, ownership and commercial usage rights of the final delivered work transfer to the client. Maxline Studios retains the right to showcase completed work in its portfolio, website, and marketing materials unless the client requests confidentiality in writing.
8. Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for ensuring they have the legal right to use any footage, music, brand assets, or materials provided to us for production. Maxline Studios is not liable for third-party copyright or licensing issues arising from client-provided materials.
9. Cancellations & Refunds
Cancellations before work has begun may be eligible for a full or partial refund of any deposit paid. Once production has started, refunds are assessed based on work already completed and are handled on a case-by-case basis.
10. Limitation of Liability
Maxline Studios' total liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the amount paid for the specific project in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of revenue or business opportunity.
11. Confidentiality
We treat unreleased client projects, brand strategies, and shared materials as confidential. Non-disclosure agreements are available upon request for sensitive projects.
12. Governing Law
These terms are governed by generally recognized principles of international commercial practice. As an agency serving clients across multiple countries, any dispute will first be addressed through good-faith negotiation; if unresolved, it will be handled through a mutually agreed resolution process appropriate to the client's and agency's respective jurisdictions.
13. Changes to These Terms
We may revise these Terms of Service periodically. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
